Library How-To: Use the Bloomberg Terminal

Whatever subject you’re covering, you have access to real-time breaking news and in-depth research from the Bloomberg Terminal in the Eric Friedheim National Journalism Library.

John Hughes, senior content editor for Bloomberg Industry Group and a past president of the National Press Club, will share tips on how to use the Bloomberg Terminal at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 23. The news and information resource is available at no cost to National Press Club members and is among the various tools available to help your research and reporting.

Bloomberg covers news in more than 100 countries, with real-time information on markets, economies, politics and more.

Whether you specialize in a particular industry or are curious about how the terminal can assist you in your work, plan to attend this how-to session — the first of several intended to introduce you to databases and resources available in the Eric Friedheim National Journalism Library.

The training is free for members and $5 for non-members. Please register at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/library-how-to-use-the-bloomberg-terminal-tickets-89647898277
